The NOLA Cigar Festival is looking for motivated, creative, dependable individuals who want hands-on learning in the planning, business operations, and execution of a growing multi-day festival.

Whether you’re a college student building your résumé, exploring a career path, or seeking practical experience, you’ll have opportunities to work alongside festival leadership, contribute to projects, and see how ideas become live experiences.

From planning meetings to festival weekend, you’ll learn how people, partnerships, and moving parts come together to create something memorable.

Students in business, hospitality, event management, marketing, communications, public relations, project management, entrepreneurship, finance, and related fields are encouraged to apply. All majors and backgrounds are welcome.

Leave with more than an event credential.

Our goal is for you to leave with real projects to discuss in interviews, practical leadership experience, professional connections, and a clearer understanding of how businesses and large-scale events operate.

You’ll see how strategy becomes execution, how teams collaborate, and how brands and sponsors become part of the guest experience.

Come learn. Come lead.
Come build something with us.
