The 2027 NOLA Cigar Festival projects more than 3,000 attendees across its multi-day celebration. Vendors have the opportunity to introduce their businesses, showcase products and services, and connect with a community drawn to New Orleans culture, food, fashion, and lifestyle experiences.
Thoughtful displays and engaging conversations can help build brand awareness and customer relationships beyond festival weekend. This is a festival-wide attendance projection; turnout varies by event.

01 · Submit your interest
Share your business, event choices, product details, and booth or equipment needs.
02 · Review with NCF
NCF reviews availability, category fit, venue restrictions, and event requirements. Fees depend on your events, category, space, and package.
03 · Confirm your space
Your space is confirmed only after NCF receives the signed agreement, required payment, and all required documentation.
Vendor fees, payment deadlines, approved space, and check-in, setup, and breakdown schedules will be provided by NCF. Fees are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Prepare for a professional experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized display within your approved footprint and follow event setup and breakdown schedules.
- Provide the licenses, permits, tax registrations, and insurance required for your business and activities. NCF may request documentation and a Certificate of Insurance.
- Follow tobacco and age-verification requirements. Alcohol activities require prior written NCF authorization and all required licenses or permits. Food vendors must meet applicable health, sanitation, and fire requirements.
- Request approval for generators, cooking equipment, open flames, amplified sound, or equipment with additional electrical or safety needs.
- Booth placement and sales results are not guaranteed. Space may not be shared or transferred without written approval.
- Vendor participation does not grant sponsorship status or permission to use festival branding commercially.

Vendor application & deposit
Your application. Your reference.
Submit your vendor application by Saturday, February 6, 2027. Every application receives its own reference number. Keep that number to match your deposit to your application.
The vendor deposit is $100 and non-refundable. Submitting an application or paying a deposit does not guarantee approval or confirm a vendor space.
